Product Designer 3Job ***** Talent Software Services is in search of a Product Designer for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.Position **We are looking for Product Designers with strong skills in visual design, interaction design, concepts, and prototyping to help create the next wave of AI-powered Advertiser experiences and contribute to evolving our design system and framework. You will work across teams to create beautiful, inclusive, and accessible experiences that customers love.Primary Responsibilities/Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, product planners, and developers from the early stages through implementationDesign relevant and impactful interactions and experiences through understanding the motivations, behaviors, and needs of our customersContribute to strategic planning to align the design process with business goals and customer valueDraw on your ability to map end-to-end experiences to propose creative solutions to complex customer journeysUtilize Fluent Design language and contribute to our Advertiser Design System***Our team is open to non-traditional backgrounds and equivalent experiences to the qualifications below.Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Interaction Design, Graphic/Communications Design, Industrial or Product Design, Human-Computer Interactions, Psychology, or a related fieldExperience designing and implementing user interfaces, whether as a professional or as a volunteer, hobbyist, or freelancerExperience with modern design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch (design-focused roles will require fluency in Figma on the job)Demonstrated sense of interaction design attuned to the fundamentals of user experience, including accessibility and inclusive designExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to energize teams and advocate for your ideasKnowledge of UX research methodologies and analyzing research dataStrong problem-solving skills demonstrated in visual design skills or user research rigor.If this job is a match for your background, we would be honored to receive your application!Providing consulting opportunities to TALENTed people since 1987, we offer a host of opportunities including contract, contract to hire and permanent placement.
