This role will play a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate and interviewer experience by managing templates and systems, coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is process-driven, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch recruiting environment.????Key Responsibilities??Template & Process ManagementOrganize and maintain up-to-date recruitment templates (emails, feedback forms, interview guides, etc.)Ensure consistency and quality across candidate communications and internal toolsCandidate Workflow SupportConduct initial resume screens and candidate outreachDisposition candidates appropriately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Support passive candidate engagement through proactive outreach to talent poolsInterview CoordinationManage scheduling logistics and handle interview reschedule requestsSend reminders and check-ins to candidates and interviewersGather timely interviewer feedback and audit for completeness and qualityOffer Process SupportGenerate and send offer lettersPartner with Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure smooth offer deliveryTalent Branding & Systems SupportAssist in employer branding efforts on external sites such as LinkedIn and GlassdoorHelp set up and manage recruiting-related accounts and tools (e.g., Handshake, job boards, etc.)Assist with internship program coordination, including scheduling, communications, and event logisticsSupport career fairs and university recruiting initiatives, as needed??Minimum Qualifications??1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a related roleAvailability to work full-time, in person at our San Ramon office; potential for one remote day after an initial period based on performance and team needsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsClear, professional written and verbal communicationProactive and responsive with a focus on delivering excellent candidate experienceComfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments and shifting prioritiesWillingness to travel occasionally to attend career fairs and recruiting events??Preferred Qualifications??2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a related roleExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., ADP, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Handshake??Why Work for Trumark???Collaborate with a team that values you!
