This role requires a Top Secret (TS) or Department of Energy Q (DOE Q) ClearanceAs an HPC Technical Support Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high availability of HPC systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, implementing fixes or workarounds, and escalating when necessary with thorough documentation. You will also Manage and apply system software and firmware updates, patches, and OS upgrades; oversee both system-level and user application software issues, including bug tracking and resolution.Why join us?
