Quality Manager - $80k - $100kNew Lexington, OHUS Citizens or Green card holders onlyNo C2CMy client are seeking an experienced Head of Quality to join a dynamic manufacturing leadership team as a key partner to the Plant Manager.In this role, you will champion compliance, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring the effectiveness and ongoing enhancement of the quality management system.Key **Oversee talent management practices, including diversity, equity, inclusion, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning.Lead all aspects of quality operations to maintain exceptional supplier relationships while meeting or exceeding customer scorecards and plant KPIs.Customer ** Set and monitor plant quality goals aligned with corporate and customer standards, address customer complaints, and ensure effective resolutions.Quality ***** Develop and manage quality objectives to meet corporate and customer requirements.Supplier ***** Establish supplier quality goals, review complaints, implement corrective actions, and ensure resolution.Quality Management ***** Maintain and monitor a robust quality management system in line with industry standards and customer expectations.Implement an early warning system to achieve 100% customer scorecard performance, regularly tracking progress and developing action plans for KPIs.Support the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to meet organizational objectives.Act as an advisor for key training initiatives for quality personnel.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, fostering professional networks to enable proactive problem-solving.*****Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with increasing management and supervisory responsibility; experience in automotive manufacturing is highly desirable.Proven expertise in industry-standard quality audits (e.g., IATF 16949).Experience in complex manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.Demonstrated success in implementing preventative quality systems.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and statistical tools.
