Maintenance Manager

Hands-on Management supporting a 24/7 production facility75% of time spent on the floor with their teamCollaborate with operational leaders to proactively address maintenance issues.Manage a team of plant technicians in both preventative and corrective maintenance.Lead troubleshooting teams in both electrical and mechanical control systems.Manage the work order system for parts and labor.Manage the parts department and parts inventory. Oversee purchasing of maintenance parts.Manage outside vendors and service technicians to ensure the work was performed on time, within budget and within scope.Manage capital improvement projects including, budgeting, planning, purchasing and installation (both internal and external)Layout, read and fabricate to construction drawings.Lead troubleshooting through planning, and execution in both mechanical and electrical breakdownsKeep detailed maintenance records on all equipment and tasks performed on the equipment by maintenance teamManage plant maintenance costs and plant process reliability.Maintain all updated electrical drawings and equipment changes.Reduce downtimeQualificationsDegreed or technical certification- Industrial technology, Mechanical Engineering, or other relatedPreferred certifications- CMRT/CMRP, PLC, Six Sigma10+ years' experience in industrial manufacturing maintenancePrevious experience in heavy industrial and concrete manufacturing equipment (highly preferred)Six Sigma Green Belt or higherMicrosoft office and ERP experience requiredStrong familiarity with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and mechanics.Electrical experience in PLC's and plant automationTeam Management; Ability to mentor and train others in both mechanical and electrical aspectsThis position requires being on call to support the 24í—7 operation when needed
