This individual strategically plans and coordinates across the enterprise to ensure asset cost reductions by aligning production shoots to maximize content capture.• This individual frequently interacts with agency and vendor partners on collaborative productions in an effort to learn and absorb more in house production capabilities. The individual supports departments beyond their immediate division through production support and directing content development, including Corporate Communications, Sales Training, Service, R&D, HPD, and interfacing with Executives to create corporate video messages. This individual is an advocate for diverse teams, who can recognize talent in our organization, and with technical and strategic understanding on how to direct their teams' skillsets to achieve successful deliverables. This individual is a self-starter, continuous learner, who is driven to explore new opportunities to expand support to more diverse AHM teams. Job Duties/Key Accountabilities: • 60% Develops strategy and content capture plan to execute high profile video and photo assets to support the launch of Cars and Acura vehicles for enterprise usage. This includes managing postproduction and editing teams through effective communication strategies to meet the requirements for final delivery.• 30% Supports asset development for teams outside of Marketing Division, including Executive corporate video messages• 10% Visual capture of corporate events and communications at both studio and AHM corporate facilities.
