Mail and Copy ClerkWest Chester, PA (Onsite)3 Months Temp to PermM-F 8AM-12PMOverviewPart-time position (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM) supporting mailroom and copy center operations. Role involves customer-facing tasks including document reproduction, mail processing, FedEx shipping, and supply maintenance. Requires occasional travel to the local post office (Tues/Thurs), with mileage reimbursement. Located in West Chester, PA with provided parking.ResponsibilitiesOperate high-volume copiers, bindery, and finishing equipmentSort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail and FedEx shipmentsMaintain copier equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, stock paper/tonerTrack and log job charges, meter readings, and service logsDeliver completed jobs internally and externallyMaintain office supply inventory and organization of mail/copy areasPerform occasional reception duties and light maintenance as neededTravel to post office twice weekly to collect client mailRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED1 2 years related experience; prior copy/mailroom work preferredValid driver s license and insured personal vehicle (for mail pickup)Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Office SuiteFamiliarity with copier, fax, postage meter, and related equipmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksBasic understanding of shipping/receiving and light troubleshootingMetasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
