Commercial Electrician

Needs to be licensed in Oregon and WashingtonWill Consider Residential Journeyman with both states*****- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and residential settings- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout and installation of electrical systems- Install and connect electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and safety- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines*****- Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license or equivalent certification- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Electrician- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures (NEC)- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Experience working with both high voltage and low voltage systems- Ability to work in various environments (indoor, outdoor, confined spaces)- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in awkward positions***** This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
