With a focus on both individual and team success, you'll enjoy the flexibility of three days of telework and two days on-site, ensuring you stay connected to both your team and our client.Your Impact as a Team LeadIn this role, your primary responsibility as a Team Lead will be to manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned region, ensuring that the team of analysts under your guidance meets and exceeds quality standards. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, conduct quality control, and provide continuous training to your team. Your leadership as a Team Lead will be vital in supporting the overall program management, guiding your team through challenges, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.The Team Lead role also involves direct engagement in key analyst duties, allowing you to maintain a strong technical understanding and to assist with workload management as necessary. Whether you are conducting lease file reviews, processing real estate tax adjustments, or managing change of ownership requests, your hands-on approach as a Team Lead ensures that you remain an invaluable resource for your team.What We're Looking ForTo excel as a Team Lead at NVE Inc., you should have a minimum of six (6) years' work experience as an analyst or in a program support role.  Experience managing personnel and/or lease administration support projects is desired. A Bachelors degree or additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
