Consumer Regulatory Compliance Consultant

This is a 6-month contract that is fully 5 days in the office but has the ability to be a long term engagement. This consultant will be responsible to review and create internal reports to support any risks regarding their individual business lines, products and services. This consultant will also prepare monthly reports, assist the head of the department with monitoring and reviewing marketing programs and assist with conducting branch compliance. Prepare monthly reports, assist the head of the department with monitoring and reviewing marketing programs and assist with conducting branch compliance. Utilize the Consumer Compliance Management Program Prepare any monthly reports and send all sensitive information to the head of the departmentAssist with conducting branch compliance assessments Monitor and track any information with both internal audit and regulatory exams Continuing the education of the regulatory compliance space Participate with any management meetings and assist with any addresses consumer and regulatory compliance issues.ProfileBachelors degree or higher5+ years within financial services, with a focus on regulatory complianceExperience reviewing policies and proceduresExperience with regulatory examsAbility to utilize excel Exposure and understanding knowledge with Community Reinvestment Act regulations Local to Midtown NYC Authorized to work in the USJob OfferThis is a 6 month contract with the ability to be a long termed engagement.
