Sr. Payroll Specialist, Wilmington, DE (Onsite), $70,000-$75,000 - PERMANENTJoin a leading manufacturer in the building materials industry, known for its long-standing reputation, innovative solutions, and strong team culture.Sr. Payroll Specialist - ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payrolls for union and non-union hourly and salaried employees across multiple U.S. locations.Manage payroll entries, remittances, garnishments, and incentive/bonus payments.Ensure compliance with payroll policies, tax regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.Maintain employee data and generate management reports using Workday and Kronos.Partner with HR and Finance to improve payroll processes and documentation.Support year-end balancing, tax filings, and reporting activities.Sr. Payroll Specialist - Requirements4+ years of payroll experience in a complex, multi-location environment.Experience with Workday Payroll and Kronos is strongly preferred.ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.Knowledge of federal/state payroll laws and benefit administration.Familiarity with union payroll processes and collective bargaining agreements.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.CPP certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.*****Full-time, onsite position (no remote option).
