Job Title: BSA/Compliance OfficerEmployment Type: Full-Time | ExemptIndustry: Financial Services / Banking / Credit UnionRecruiter Contact: Crystal Fryers - crystal.fryers@About the OpportunityWe are actively recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing financial institution seeking an experienced BSA/Compliance Officer to lead and expand its compliance program.This is a high-impact role where you'll be the go-to expert in BSA/AML/OFAC and play a strategic part in strengthening compliance operations organization-wide. You'll have the autonomy to shape policy, lead training, oversee risk assessments, and work directly with leadership and regulators.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage the BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program from end to end.Monitor for suspicious activity and oversee the SAR investigation and filing process.Conduct risk assessments related to compliance and regulatory exposure.Train employees, managers, and directors on compliance best practices and requirements.Write, update, and enforce policies and procedures related to compliance and risk.Lead internal compliance reviews and ensure timely follow-up and remediation.Review products, services, and marketing materials for regulatory alignment.Serve as liaison for audits, exams, and regulatory oversight activities.Qualifications5-10 years of experience in compliance, BSA/AML, risk, or audit within financial services.Strong working knowledge of federal regulations related to BSA/AML/OFAC.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to lead compliance initiatives and interact with auditors, regulators, and senior leadership.Experience using BSA/AML monitoring systems or compliance software preferred.CAMS or CRCM certification a plus, but not required.What's in It for YouJoin a strong and supportive leadership team that values compliance as a strategic pillar.Opportunity to lead and grow a critical function with visibility across the entire organization.Competitive salary, full benefits, and career development support.ContactFor more information or to apply confidentially, please contact:Crystal Fryers Executive Recruiter - Banking & Financial Services Email: crystal.fryers@All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
