An exceptional in Century City is seeking a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant with 5 + years in Civil Defense Litigation. The ideal Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant for this role is a proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask under time constraints. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential for assisting senior attorneys. Responsibilities include document production, proofreading, file management, client and office administration, travel planning, expense reporting, billing support, client communication, and meeting coordination.
