Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily operations. As the first point of contact for customers, the CSR will handle inbound service calls, schedule appointments, and assist with service inquiries and job follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls and emails from residential and commercial HVAC customersSchedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch using scheduling softwareProvide accurate information about services, pricing, warranties, and maintenance agreementsAssist with job status updates, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction outreachInput and maintain customer records, service tickets, and job notes in the CRM systemResolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to the appropriate team as neededCommunicate effectively with technicians, sales, and dispatch to ensure smooth operationsProcess payments, send invoices, and assist with basic billing inquiries when necessarySupport office and administrative tasks as assigned by the customer service or operations managerQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelors degree preferred1-3 years of customer service experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or service trades preferred)Familiarity with HVAC terminology, services, and equipment is a strong plusStrong phone etiquette and communication skillsAbility to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks efficientlyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, or similar) is a plusDetail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a teamBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusKey Attributes:Customer-first mindsetProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentDependable and punctualStrong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanorFor immediate consideration pls send your resume All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
