Do you excel at managing complex priorities with professionalism, discretion, and a passion for mission-driven work?The New Jersey Hospital Association (NJHA), a not-for-profit, mission-driven organization working to advance healthcare quality, access, and equity across the state is seeking an experienced, highly professional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to the CEO, and administrative support for the Board of Directors and executive team.In this critical role, the EA will serve as a strategic partner, helping to manage daily priorities, complex schedules, confidential communications, and key organizational projects. You'll interact with internal staff, board members, and NJHA members while supporting the leadership team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What You'll DoManage high-level scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the CEO with ad hoc support for the CFO and COO. Serve as a key point of contact on sensitive and confidential matters; acting with discretion and sound judgment.Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and ***** including scheduling, agendas, recording meeting minutes, preparing presentations reports and briefing materials, and distributing Board books, ensuring content is displayed consistently and accurately prior to distribution.Coordinate organizational events and retreats; support team communications and project planning.Anticipate leadership needs and provide proactive support to keep priorities on track.Evaluate and support the development of office policies and procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as organization grows. Daily administrative tasks including mail screening, office supply inventory and ordering and file maintenance.*****Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant with at least 5 years' experience supporting C-level executives and board members.Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Strong decision-making abilities and emotional intelligence.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to technology tools.
