Lead Maintenance Technician

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Lead Maintenance Technician in Hilliard, OH!This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a highly motivated and mechanically inclined Lead Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our building, machinery, and equipment. This role involves electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, as well as potential for growth into the Facilities Manager position.**• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building, machinery, and equipment.• Install wiring and conduit for new equipment; diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions (motors, transformers, lighting).• Repair or replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and collaborate with other maintenance staff.• Install wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings.• Read and understand blueprints; utilize testing and measuring equipment.• 1st Shift / Monday - Friday / 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSalary **• $30-36+ per hour depending on experienceIf you meet these qualifications, we urge you to apply today!****• Minimum 3 years of related experience.• Mechanical inclination and familiarity with hand and power tools.• Solid understanding of three-phase electrical systems.• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
