This is a temporary, project-based role focused on data entry, system setup, and internal support during implementation.Youll work directly with the Business Administrator and leadership team to ensure a smooth rollout, while supporting day-to-day administrative and functional needs.This is a temporary role with no current plans for long-term employment, but that could change depending on future business needs.Key **Set up customers, jobs, employees, and schedules in WinTeamConfigure modules including payroll, scheduling, job costing, and employee recordsMigrate and validate data from QuickBooks OnlineTroubleshoot setup issues and support end usersCreate documentation and training guidesTrack implementation tasks and provide progress updatesRequirements (Must Have):Hands-on experience with WinTeamExperience with QuickBooks Online (payroll, AP/AR, or accounting functions)Strong data entry and organizational skillsClear communication, especially with non-technical usersOn-site availability in Columbus, OH****Background in accounting, payroll, or bookkeepingExperience supporting a system implementation or transitionAbility to create clear user documentation or training materialsApply now if youre experienced with WinTeam and QuickBooks Online and ready to support a fast-paced software transition!
