Job **Client Services is the essential liaison & expert for all platform, redeployment, and redemption needs of the Enterprise Sales team. Highly focused in collecting, managing, and analyzing data, this position is responsible for administration, and reporting analytics of the team and reports to the Vice President of Customer Success.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide client support services in an accurate and timely fashion.Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.Document training processes for the 360 Program.Maintain up-to-date information within Salesforce.Use analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to identify trends and provide conclusions.Provide weekly and monthly reporting on program performance.Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills.Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.Attend educational training and workshops for professional growth.Provide support in new product development and enhancement activities.Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications2 years of experience in Client Service or Data related professional experience. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and CompetenciesHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Experience with SalesforceKnowledge of conflict resolution techniquesIT literate, computer literateAdvanced oral presentations skillsPhysical Demands and Work Environment Work is performed in an office setting, with occasional travel. The employee is required to talk and listen. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.Position Type and Expected Hours of Work ** Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, typically within the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
