Temp Data Entry SpecialistLocation: Franklin, TN Start: ASAPDuration: 6 monthsOur client, a global music company, is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to join their Global Film & TV department.Key Responsibilities:Enter copyright information for works into the companys database.Ensure all data is entered correctly and consistently.Process, standardize, and report cue sheets for film and television.Identify and report any issues to management that require support or clarification.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Strong analytical background with a focus on accuracy.Advanced Excel skills (including formulas).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines quickly and accurately.A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work effectively within a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience using an AS400 system.Prior experience in a copyright administration-related role within a music publishing company.About Us:Career Group is a premier, Women-Owned recruiting agency and a widely recognized name in corporate and administrative staffing.
