The ideal candidate will be meticulous, lab-savvy, a quick learner, and comfortable following regulated procedures, making this a great fit for recent graduates with some lab or QC internship experience.Day to Day **Performing routine microbiology tests to support production and product stabilityUsing aseptic techniques to handle and culture bacterial/viral samplesCleaning and maintaining lab equipment and spacesInspecting vials, plates, and containers visuallyDocumenting lab results and activities accurately per GMP standardsAssisting with method validation testingParticipating in team and safety meetingsSetting up and breaking down equipmentDisposing of lab waste properlyLearning and applying compendia and regulatory standardsWorking in a regulated pharmaceutical environmentMush **Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Microbiology or Biological Sciences
