This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting.What You'll DoPerform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using a variety of hand and diagnostic tools.Assist in the installation, alignment, and testing of new machines and equipment.Handle electrical wiring, component connections, and ensure compliance with safety codes.Execute rigging, fabrication, and part-fitting tasks using a wide range of materials and tools.Support company safety and quality initiatives by following all operational protocols.Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role.Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment.Familiarity with CNC machines, press brakes, material handling systems, and sawing equipment.Skills in laser alignment, vibration monitoring, and predictive/preventive maintenance techniques.Experience with electrical troubleshooting, VFD programming, and basic PLC diagnostics.Welding and oxyacetylene torch skills preferred.Must be comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Basic understanding of English (spoken and written).Certifications in welding or related technical disciplines are a plus.Physical RequirementsCapable of lifting 20-50 lbs consistently.Able to bend, stand, climb, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.Tolerance for working in varied environments, including exposure to noise, heat, chemicals, and mechanical hazards.
