Wireless CCTV, LLC ("WCCTV") having U.S. headquarters in Richardson, Texas, is a subsidiary of Wireless CCTV Ltd originally established and located in the UK. The Companys range of video surveillance solutions includes:Mobile surveillance trailersTime lapse video servicesRapid deployment pole cameraThe Company is expanding its LotGuard Sales team in the Southern California area. The successful candidate will maximize revenue and profits in all equipment sales and rental opportunities to new enterprise customers and development of accounts in line with Companys strategic objectives. This is truly a Sales hunter role.Candidate should be located in the wider Los Angeles, CA metropolitan area.The RoleThe Enterprise Sales Manager develops a sales strategy and customer account portfolio with the goal of building market share and sales volume of the Companys commercial wireless video surveillance systems. Specific responsibilities include:Develops and implements a strategy to achieve sales revenue growth and market share targets within designated territory.Conducts sales meetings booked by the internal Inside Sales team and fully explores the customer needs/requirements. Demonstrates the most relevant products and services that will support each customer's needs.Develops and maintains positive relationships with established customers through close management of accounts and attention to their needs.Researches potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and indirect methods such as networking, lead follow-up. May pass on leads to internal sales support staff as and when appropriate.Identifies, qualifies and assesses customers needs to determine suitable products and services.Utilizes the Companys CRM system to prepare all new equipment sales or rental quotes, maintains up to date status of pipeline development, business development activities, contact information, notes and any other relevant information.Works closely with the internal Sales support team in scheduling and conducting sales presentations with customers,Performs in-depth and informative reporting on activities for review by internal Sales management. Provide regular updates on market conditions and competitor activity, including upcoming threats/opportunities, as necessary to assist new product development and marketing.Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent along with 4 to 6 years of previous B2B enterprise sales experience in the security, electronics, telecom or computer hardware required. Prior sales experience in the healthcare, property management, logistics/warehousing or manufacturing industries preferred. Majority of previous sales experience must be in a hunter role.Previous experience selling to C level executives through a consultative sales approach is required.In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, sales planning process, pipeline development, forecasting and consultative sales technique.A proven ability to identify sales opportunities and leverage internal & external resources appropriately. Strong qualification and closing skills are a must to be successful in this role along with a proven ability in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail and leadership skills are a must. Demonstrated ability to prepare complete and accurate quotes and proposals as well as sales orders is required.Effective negotiation, conflict management and problem resolution skills required.Previous experience using CRM such as Salesforce required. Effective computer skills to include MS Office, Outlook, Teams and other related software.Ability to travel within California as needed to meet with customers and attend trade shows.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US.Compensation and Benefits Offered:Competitive salary up to $80,000 basic salary per year DOE and up to $60,000 bonus per year for OTE of $140,000.10 days paid vacation (increases with length of service) + 7 public holidays.Company provided medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans.401k Plan with Company match of up to 4% and immediate vesting.Wireless CCTV LLC is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse, inclusive work environment.
