Quality Assurance Specialist

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a QA Engineer for a client based in South Florida. This is a direct hire/Perm position that is fully onsite but offers flex scheduling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our software products are reliable, functional, and meet quality standards. Experience/**3-4 years of experience with Software Quality Assurance testing.Experience with Automation testing is required. (Katalon or Selenium)Experience creating test plans, executing tests, debugging errors, and reporting issues to the development team.Working knowledge of test management software (Jira etc.) and SQL.Experience with regression testing for bugs and monitoring process results.Familiarity with Agile frameworks.You will review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.You are responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.You will help prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities for C# .NET and SQL applications. Experience with executing automation scripts using open-source tools is a huge plus. Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly, and tracking bugs.Liaising with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.Investigating the causes of non-conforming software and training users to implement solutions.Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE*** US Citizen, GC, EAD only please.
