Job ***** PLM Program Manager***** Livermore, CA Duration : 6+ months with possible extension Rate : $70 to $85/hr on W2Interview ***** 2 roundsTop Skills Required:PLM knowledgeProject Management experienceData Migration experienceJob Description:Manage a team of PLM program managers responsible for administering, supporting, and improving the organization's Enovia PLM system. Responsibilities *****Supporting data migration and mappingManaging bug resolution, system enhancements, and major upgradesSetting priorities for PLM continuous improvement and developmentAligning with PLM stakeholders to ensure development meets business needsProviding program management and business systems analyst support for projects impacting PLMCollaborating with IT and third-party vendors to maintain system performanceManaging PLM-related improvement projects through the full project lifecycle (requirements, process alignment, development, testing, deployment)Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on project management experience in PLM systemsFunctional knowledge in Engineering Change Management, Issue Reporting, and Engineering processesExperience with Dassault Enovia PLM and Technia TVCFamiliarity with JIRA for managing software developmentReporting and analytics skills; experience with PLM systems and SAP preferredAdditional experience with Qlik, Kinaxis, or similar systems is a plusProven leadership managing cross-functional global teams (8-10+ members)Strong background in Engineering Change Management, BOM structures, configuration management, and PLM systemsUnderstanding of ERP systems and PLM integrationsExcellent communication skills for both technical and business audiencesAbility to present to peer and executive audiencesStrong collaborative, problem-solving, and leadership skills across functional teamsPlease connect with me at (609) 257-2872 or drop me your contact at anil.chamoli@ .
