Based on my past experience dealing with Butler Group, they are OK to consider Non Locals, who are willing to RELOCATE but they do not pay any RELOCATION ASSISTANCE. If you are not able to find any local candidates, then broaden your search for Non Locals.This is a direct hire FT position with Butler Law Group (through PCR Staffing)Start Date - ASAPVisa Status - Only Citizens, GC.FT Salary - $65K to $75K yearly base plus excellent benefits. Butler Law group is a very conservative company.Our client is seeking an Insurance Defense Paralegal with 5+ years of experience for our Philadelphia PA office - First- or Third-Party Property insurance experience required.This is a direct hire position with a salary between $65,000 - $75,000 with a great working environment/culture with an excellent comprehensive benefits package with a company in Philadelphia PAJOB REQUIREMENTSDraft routine or complex legal documents for review by attorneys.Review, organize, and summarize reports and other case materials.Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, interrogatories/answers, other legal documents.Conduct legal research and investigations as needed.Assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial.Prepare exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial.Provide assistance at trial.Experience and knowledge of the Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings.Experienced with use of Summation or Eclipse.Ability to properly capture time and bill according to guidelines.Provide Support on claim demands/packets to third partiesFact Investigation & general claim pursuitMust be an experienced timekeeper committed to a minimum of 125 billable hours per month.
