This position provides direct administrative and scheduling support to recruiters and hiring managers throughout the candidate lifecycle. You'll act as the logistical backbone of the Talent Acquisition team"”ensuring interviews are flawlessly executed, systems are updated, and candidates receive a high-quality experience.This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, who enjoys detail-oriented work and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate interviews across multiple functions and time zones, including phone screens, video calls, and in-person meetingsManage candidate communications including confirmations, reminders, and logistical detailsBook travel and accommodations for candidates as neededUpdate and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ICIMS)Create and distribute interview agendas and feedback formsEnsure hiring teams are prepared for interviews with relevant materials and informationCoordinate recruiting events, job fairs, and other hiring initiatives as assignedAssist with onboarding coordination, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to new hireSupport ad hoc reporting and recruiting documentationPartner with team members to continuously improve the candidate experienceQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree required1+ years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally in a Human Resources or recruiting functionExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyStrong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality supportProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Team-oriented mindset and customer-service approachInterest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition or HR
