The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of Commercial Real Estate Transactional experience on the lender and/or borrower side. Having experience with drafting acquisitions, sales, and leasing agreements is a must! (Ex: they needed a new software system, they opened up this decision to the staff and a committee was formed that tested demos and the employees decided which system works best for the firm, regardless of price)Remote work encouraged!Job DetailsPreferred Experience: 6-9 years of Commercial Real Estate Transactional experience Experience drafting real estate agreements involving acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development, for real property and asset types (ex: industrial/warehouse, hotel/hospitality, retail, multi-family, mixed-use, institutional investors, lenders/borrowers, landlords/tenants) as well as negotiating and drafting deal documents for purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, borrowers, lenders, etc. in commercial real estate transactions (ex: joint venture, formation, purchase/sale, loan documents, workouts, commercial leases, legal opinion letters, easements, access agreements, SNDAs & estoppels. etc.) Experience representing developers who acquire raw land, and/or existing properties in public/private partnership developments including the negotiation of pre-development agreements, development agreements, land disposition agreements, long-term ground leases, and other or ancillary documents with the applicable governmental authority.
