Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides Project Manager with construction site assistance where assignedMaintain job site and model home safety and cleanlinessEnsure home construction complies with building codes, phase specifications, and homeowner optionsAttend and participate in training classes designed to develop and foster career advancementMay participate in pre-construction meetingsMay participate in pre-settlement walk thorough meetings with customersParticipates in weekly community meetingsMaintains construction schedulesMust have valid driver's license ***** Knowledge and Skills Ability to work under pressure; organizedAbility to multitaskHighly motivated; ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong team player; works with diverse groups of peopleCommitment to customer service Ability to read and fully comprehend construction blueprints specifications and development plansEducation and Work Experience Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent and 1-year Residential Construction Experience, Industry Experience or must have Residential Construction Management AA or BS degree
