Gas Turbine Mechanic

Gas Turbine Mechanic Houston, TX 12+ Month Contract ***** $20-23 per hour (depending on experience)***** 6am - 2:30pm.Entry level Role As a Gas Turbine Mechanic, you'll troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of Aero Equipment. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.As a Turbine Mechanic, you will be responsible **• Demonstrating familiarity with hand, pneumatic and hydraulic tooling Accurately use precision measuring equipment (ID / OD / depth micrometers, calipers, etc.)• Possessing a deep mechanical aptitude with ability to independently comprehend complex machining or assembly drawings• Working as a team member to follow detailed work routers for inspection and repair of units and rotating equipment while under time constraintsWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
