In this role, you will manage accounts receivable, working directly with clients to resolve payment issues while maintaining positive business relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and track invoice status, proactively following up with clients on overdue accountsMonitor accounts receivable and identify payment issues requiring attentionNegotiate payment schedules and arrangements when necessaryMaintain accurate documentation of all client communications and payment activitiesCode and enter account information with precision and attention to detailResolve billing inquiries and address client concerns professionallyPrepare regular reports on collection and payment activitiesRequired QualificationsExperience in professional services collections (legal industry experience preferred)Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in financial record-keepingExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectivelySuperior communication skills, both written and verbalProven negotiation abilities with a diplomatic approachDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretionSelf-motivated with ability to work independently with limited supervisionBasic accounting and bookkeeping knowledgeAbility to be assertive and persistent while maintaining professional client relationships
