The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.Position ***** We are looking for a dedicated technical sourcer focused on the recruitment process for Green Card applications. The ideal person has good self-organization skills, learns quickly and can work autonomously to achieve results.Primary Responsibilities/**Manage PERM recruitment postings on external and internal websites via Greenhouse.Manage screening of resumes received against role profile, and disposition accordingly.Working with clients immigration attorneys, document and provide qualification feedback on resumes for submission with applications. - Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with the Hiring Manager.** Strong abilityto review resumes against skills and qualifications needed for the posted role.Minimum 2 years experience in a sourcer role at a tech company.Good communications skills, both written and verbal.Experience in Greenhouse or similar HRM/applicant tracking system.Ability to learn quickly and drive processes forward.If this job is a match for your background, we would be honored to receive your application!Providing consulting opportunities to TALENTed people since 1987, we offer a host of opportunities including contract, contract to hire and permanent placement.
