Our team works hard to provide quality and comprehensive dental care for our patients.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site full-time role for a Dental Assistant, located in San Jose, CA. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including assisting the dentist during procedures, providing oral care and education to patients, and sterilization of dental instruments. The role also includes answering phone calls, scheduling patients, and following up with patients on their recare and treatments.QualificationsDental Care, Communication skills, and SterilizationExperience in Sterilization processes and maintaining hygiene standardsProficiency in Dental Assisting techniques and best practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortability with calling patients and answering phone callsAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in Dental Assisting is a plusPrior experience in a dental office is beneficial  #CB
