Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs in order to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency and quality.. Pay Rate: $26.00 - $38.00 / hour Duties: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment, according to maintenance schedules and guidelinesReplace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, or sensorsIdentify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems or abnormalities in the machinesCollaborate with team members and team leads to analyze and resolves complex technical problemsCalibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracyMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usedAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with the machinery, as well as comply with industry regulations and standards to ensure equipment is operating within legal and safety parametersProvide technical support to production teams to minimize operational disruptions. Position Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years work related experience.Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job dutiesKnowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DCAbility to read and understand technical manuals and schematicsProblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsPreferred Qualifications:2 years of plumbing and electrical experienceAbility to communicate with project vendors/ suppliersProven experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
