See details **ABOUT THE COMPANY FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTING ANALYSTOur client is a leading organization in their field and they are looking for a Senior Accounting AnalystWill be working closely with financials and cost functions to drive operationsGreat position where you will be considered a valuable member of teamThis position will allow you to spotlight your outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities!RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTING ANALYSTThe Senior Accounting Analyst will perform account reconciliations for 30-50 accounts, including prepaids, project spending, and fixed assetsPrep and perform in-depth analysis of P&L, revenue-to-cash, cashflow, among other financial statementsPlay a pivotal role with product costing by evaluating standard costs, research variances, and determine discrepanciesThe Senior Accounting Analyst will assist with cash forecasting and supporting month-end functionsEXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTING *Must have sufficient relevant experience with cashflow forecasting, analysis, reconciliations, and financial statementsMust have experience with standard cost and variance analysisAbility to pass an in-depth 7-year background checkExperience in government industries or working with government contracts is a plus, not a mustSalary **** $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience.
