This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong financial background looking to make a significant impact within our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the companys financial operations, including financial planning, budget management, cost benefit analysis, and financial forecasting needs. Responsibilities:As our Director of Finance, you will be responsible for:1. Overseeing all financial operations of the company, including the production of weekly/monthly/annual financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.2. Managing the preparation of the companys budget and financial forecasts, reporting variances, and preparing official annual reports.3. Providing financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.4. Ensuring the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting.5. Managing the companys cash flow and forecasting cash needs.6. Coordinating the preparation of the corporate annual report and managing relationships with investors and investment institutions.7. Utilizing QuickBooks, ADP, and Excel to manage financial operations and payroll.8. Managing Accounts Receivable (A/R) and ensuring that all finances are properly aligned and recorded.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.2. At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably within the manufacturing industry.3. Proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP, and Excel.4. Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.5. Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence - ability to motivate staff.6. Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.7. Significant experience in managing payroll, including knowledge of current regulations and requirements.8. Experience in strategic planning and execution, including the successful development and implementation of financial strategies.9. Strong written and oral communication skills.10.
