Facilities IT Temp - Contractor ** 3+ months with the potential to extend. Work * Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Bloomington, CA Position Description Ability to solve basic, common user problems in real time, including software functionality; network troubleshooting, PC and network configuration; operating system and browser related issues Adding and removing systems to the domain Setting up proprietary software and configurations to company policies and specifications Windows systems knowledge and setup, emphasis on Windows 10 Application maintenance (entry level) Hardware configuration (workstation and peripherals) Troubleshooting skills Provide on-site support to all staff Actively involved in problem resolution, follow-up, testing, workarounds and equipment suggestions Facilitate warranty claims and exchanges Other duties as assigned. Skills Required Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Position requires a valid Indiana Drivers License. Must be able to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing Ideal candidates are flexible, self-motivated and self-managing, with a strong sense of team and the ability to also work independently Experience Required Basic networking experience with TCP/IP and Windows network Basic system administration experience, Windows preferred Familiar with Microsoft products ** +5 years IT/Computer experience Basic Microsoft Office experience, including O365 2 year Technical degree or Microsoft certifications Prior warehouse IT experience A+ Certified
