Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for Aviation Composite Mechanic Position type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 12 months to possible extension Locations: North Charleston, SC 3rd shift:  11pm – 530amAs an Aviation Composite Mechanic, you will have:Verifies complex product conformance to design requirements.Provides objective evidence of results.Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies, and procedures.Must support inspection and verification of operations Level C and D determined work statement majority of the time.Identifies and documents discrepancies, segregates, and controls non-conforming items.Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conforming items.Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action. The ideal candidate will have:8+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industryA&P License2+ years of experience using Velocity, REDARs and/or CMESComposite fabrication experienceStructural work experience (wing work)WiringQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!  Please hit APPLY to provide the required information, and we will be back in touch as soon as possible.
