Job DescriptionJob ***** Sales EngineerKey **To represent Acme Brick Company as the technical subject and education resource pertaining to the brick industry.Main Duties & *• Provide continuing education credit training to architects in the form of (AIA) approved presentations.• Provide technical consultation and training for company associates.• Represent the company and industry's interest with national organizations such *o Brick Industry Association (BIA)o ASTM International (ASTM)o The Masonry Society (TMS)• Trouble shoot and consult on masonry jobsite problems within the Company.• Have a general understanding of building codes and standards related to Company's products.Skills & Experience *• Technical problem-solving skills• Good communication and presentation skills• Proficient in Power Point and Microsoft Office• Sound organizational and time management skills• Willing to travel up to 30% of your time• Interactive listening skills****• Bachelor's degree in engineering. Preferably structural engineering.• 3 to 5 years related work experience.• General understanding of the construction industry.
