Superintendent

Job **· Oversee daily construction site operations across multiple multifamily and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.· Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to client satisfaction.· Proactively identify and remove obstacles that may impact project timelines or performance.· Create, maintain, and update project schedules, coordinating subcontractor timelines and responsibilities accordingly.· Review construction documents, identify deficiencies, generate RFIs, and participate in submittal reviews with the construction team.· Approve subcontractor payments, change orders (PCOs), and pay applications in coordination with the Project Manager.· Lead weekly safety and progress meetings, generate daily reports and look-ahead schedules, and ensure quality standards are met on site.· Monitor trade compliance with safety programs and provide corrective guidance when needed.· Coordinate inspections and prepare necessary documentation for city approvals and Certificate of Occupancy.· Manage jobsite logistics including trailers, power, and communications setup.· Supervise and mentor Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to support team development and succession planning.· Support project closeout with final reports, as-builts, and documentation handoff to the office.· Contribute to a team-oriented, customer-focused environment aligned with company values.·**· 5-10 years of experience in multifamily/commercial construction· Strong leadership and project coordination skills
