As a SaaS Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between clients, product managers, and technical teams during the implementation of our health software solutions. You will play a critical role in gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, testing functionality, and ensuring smooth delivery and adoption of our health software products.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and business requirements and translate them into technical solutions or product improvements.Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and product enhancements.Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful software deployment. Develop implementation plans, timelines, and status reports.Participate in software configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities.Present actionable insights to stakeholders through presentations, visualizations, and business cases.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs across healthcare workflows, user behavior, and revenue models.Collaborate with customer success and implementation teams to identify adoption trends and areas for operational improvement.Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify solution fit.Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and blockers.Support existing products by analyzing reported problems and correcting software to resolve issues.Monitor post-implementation performance and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.Participate in the research and design of new feature enhancements to existing products.Analyze regulatory impact (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines) on product features and user data workflows.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends. QualificationsBachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.Experience supporting Agile/Scrum product development.Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.Experience working with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EHR systems).Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent written, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and clinical stakeholders.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Benefits SummaryHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account Flexible Spending Account401(k)Paid Time OffComplimentary Benefits and Discount ProgramsScheduleMonday to Friday9am to 5:30pmLocation: Gaithersburg, MDThis role requires the employee to be fully on-site.
