Tasks include drywall repairs, rough and trim carpentry repairs, cleaning, paint touch-ups, appliance installs and adjustments, misc. trim adjustments, and general punch as needed for a successful project finish.Demonstrate Skybeck's Core Values - WE AREAbility to execute all frame to finish carpentry at an advanced skill level.Loads and unloads equipment, tools, and other building materials.Uses hand tools and operates power tools to complete assigned projects as necessary, and in accordance with all regulations.Consistently maintains safety standards on the job site.Team-player, who also works effectively and efficiently independently.Preserves an organized and clean working environment.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Education and *High school diploma or equivalent required.2+ years' experience in the construction industry is preferred.Ability to operate small equipment such as a Skid steer or forklift is a plus.Physical **** Ability to lift to 50 pounds.Ability to travel to and from jobs and training sessions. Must have a vehicle or means of transportation between project sites.
