The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing a variety of commercial fencing types, including chain link, wood, vinyl, aluminum, and steel systems. We provide the truck and trailer, and youll work on a team committed to delivering high-quality results to our clients across Middle Tennessee.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall various types of commercial fencing (chain link, wood, vinyl, etc.)Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sitesMeasure and mark fence layouts accuratelyDig post holes, mix concrete, and set posts to codeUse power tools and equipment safely and efficientlyTroubleshoot installation issues on-siteEnsure job sites are clean and organizedCommunicate with supervisors and clients as neededQualificationsPrevious experience installing fences (commercial experience strongly preferred)Must own and maintain your own tools necessary for installationAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and qualityValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the dayWhat We Provide Company truck and trailer for job site travelCompetitive pay (based on experience)Opportunities for advancement within the companyConsistent, year-round work
