Our client is looking for a skilled Project Foreman to oversee the safe and productive placement of assigned job items on active construction sites. This position ensures crew members are informed about safety hazards, quality expectations, specifications, and production goals. The role requires daily collaboration with team members and other stakeholders to complete high-quality work efficiently and safely.Job **Communicate with and assist other workers on site to maintain safety and productivityAccurately document production quantities, employee hours, installation locations, and quality dataInstall aggregates, pipe, fabric, erosion control measures, and other assigned materialsOperate shovels, rakes, compactors, skidsteers, rotating lasers, and power tools safely and efficientlyPrepare and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work areaEnsure workers inspect equipment and verify it is in proper working conditionProperly install and maintain traffic control devices; assist with traffic control in work zonesImplement environmental protection measures as requiredFollow direction from the project superintendent and carry out assigned work dutiesIdentify and report unsafe conditions to the superintendentLead daily safety meetings; communicate OSHA requirements clearly to the crewAssign tasks to crew members; resolve conflicts; ensure adherence to company policiesExecute work based on project plans and schedules to meet production goalsFoster teamwork and promote a productive, cohesive work environmentInspect ongoing work to ensure specifications are met and installation is accuratePerform timekeeping, collect production and quality data, and provide feedback on performanceJob *Ability to read and understand training materials, signage, warnings, and directionsFamiliarity with OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standardsAbility to interpret construction plans and blueprintsEffective verbal communication and ability to ask clarifying questionsWillingness to coach new crew members and take on new challengesMust perform tasks safely with attention to production and qualityPhysically able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, climb, kneel, crouch, and work in all weather conditionsAdditional ****Must be flexible and willing to switch tasks based on project needsTravel may be required depending on job site location and scheduleThis job description may not include all duties required for project completion
