The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety, and exercising project control. Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines.QualificationsSupervisory Skills and Construction management experienceProficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projectsKnowledge of Construction Safety standards and regulationsExperience in Project Control, including scheduling and resource allocationStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work effectively on-siteBachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with commercial real estate projects is a plus
