Administrative Assistant$22/hrLocated in Ventura, CAAbout the **LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our clients team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.Key *Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external eventsPrepare and edit documents, reports, and presentationsMaintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionallySupport onboarding and administrative HR tasksOrder office supplies and manage inventoryAssist with data entry, expense tracking, and invoice processing****1-2 years of administrative or office support experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with discretionBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
