Account Coordinator

They have grown a sustainable business through their commitment, values and quality work.The Account Coordinator is responsible for aggregating, reviewing, and disseminating job information to the Production Team and Senior Management. This includes complete job setup in their software platform and producing job setup folders to include relevant purchase orders, selection sheets, scopes of work, and building plans.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Review Builder Portals and create initial job setup in software system and shared folder system.Ensure accuracy of initial job setup including customer, community, product type, start date, etc.Build and update production forecasts based on PO population from customers.Create job folders for each new start to include SOW templates, builder POs, selections, and plans.Maintain and update job setup database daily for review by PO Specialist.Monitor job setup database daily for any approved entries to complete job setup in software system.Adjust job setup database for all completed job setups.Ensure all phases are set up on each job with accurate pricing from lot-specific template.Generate material and labor POs based on lot-specific financial template.Responsible for accurate and complete selection sheets for every job.Make adjustments to existing jobs based on communication from Production and Internal Ops.Serves as back up to other Account Coordinators in the event of PTO/Sick days.Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAININGHigh school graduation or equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.)Microsoft Suite.Knowledge of accounting software preferred but not required (Sage, etc.)Ability to learn new software systems specific to the business.
