The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.About the Role:Job Title: Administrative Assistant (VP/EVP Level)Job Description:Responsibilities:Provide strategic calendar management and time planning support for senior leaders, ensuring alignment with business priorities and personal preferences.Coordinate and manage organizational events, including team meetings, morale events, and other special occasions.Handle travel arrangements and logistics for senior leaders, including creating detailed itineraries.Support expense management and financial reporting for the executive office.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business priorities and cadences.Participate in the Business Support community, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the development of discipline.Maintain up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces, using data to recommend changes and identify future requirements.Oversee inventory management and participate in discretionary budget tracking and reporting.Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience with calendar management for CVP or similarMinimum 2 years experience in the tech industryMinimum 1-2 years experience with Microsoft Office applicationsLocation: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $55,000- $70,000 Annually.
