FunnelStory can cut surprise churn by 90%, triple CS productivity, while powering sophisticated revenue reasoning that was historically the domain of expense data science teams.*We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for many potential customers, making your role crucial in shaping their initial impression of FunnelStory.Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify potential customers and generate leads.Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and how FunnelStory can provide solutions.Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified leads with our sales team.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.Represent FunnelStory professionally and enthusiastically at all times.***0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
