You'll play a critical role in maintaining building standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional experience to tenants. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about property operations and client service, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTenant RelationsBuild and maintain strong, professional relationships with tenants.Lead a proactive tenant engagement program to enhance satisfaction and retention.Handle all tenant interactions with professionalism and care.Property Operations & Vendor ManagementManage daily building operations, including vendor contracts for:EngineeringJanitorial and cleaning servicesSecurity and life safety systemsParking, landscaping, and renovation servicesEnsure building operations meet company standards and tenant needs.Financial ManagementManage accounts payable/receivable and monitor rent collections.Conduct regular cost analysis to identify savings opportunities.Assist in developing and managing annual operating budgets.Lease AdministrationSupport lease onboarding and administration in Yardi, including rent roll maintenance.Ensure lease compliance and support renewals and amendments.Construction & Project SupportCollaborate with Construction and General Managers on tenant build-outs and capital improvements.Follow standardized project execution protocols and maintain documentation.Regulatory Compliance & Emergency PreparednessEnsure all operations align with ADA, IAQ, fire codes, and other safety regulations.Lead emergency preparedness initiatives:Develop emergency plansMonitor safety systemsManage emergency response and communicationServe as Fire/Life Safety Director when neededAdditional DutiesMarketing & Leasing SupportAssist with marketing strategies and leasing calls.Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants.Contribute to tenant experience and amenity planning.Collaboration & Company RepresentationPartner with internal departments and serve as a liaison to industry/community groups.Take on special projects and support initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial property management or related field.Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.Skills & Attributes:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsFinancial and operational acumenProficiency in Yardi or similar property management softwareExceptional organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities with a detail-oriented mindsetKnowledge of building systems and relevant regulatory standardsWho You AreA confident, hands-on operator who takes pride in well-run buildings.A service-first professional who strengthens tenant relationships through action.A collaborative problem-solver who balances operations, compliance, and experience.Someone who doesn't just maintain properties"”you maximize their potential.Ready to take the next step in your commercial real estate career?Apply today and be a key contributor to delivering top-tier property experiences.
