Ensure correct material size, alignment, and positioning before operation.Adjust machine settings, such as pressure, speed and temperature, to ensure proper function and product quality.Monitor the press machine output for defects or imperfections, ensuring that products meet quality specifications and tolerance levels.Perform routine maintenance on press equipment, including lubrication, cleaning and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production quantities, and any maintenance activities or equipment malfunctions.Identify and resolve operational issues or malfunctions in the press machinery. Report major malfunctions to maintenance personnel.Work closely with other operators, supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.You will bring these **Experience * Mid-Level* High School Diploma/Equivalent Required, Technical Certification in Machine Operation or related field is preferred.Previous Experience as a Press Operator or in a similar production role is preferred.Familiarity with press machinery and tools.
